Stewardship Connections - Green Education

  • Felton Ranch 1100 Lanier Ranch Road Driftwood, TX, 78619 United States (map)

In collaboration with Wild Spirit Wild Places

There are two things that interest me: the relation of people to each other, and the relation of people to land.” ~ Aldo Leopold

Most landowners want to restore or enhance their land’s unique natural features, but being a land steward is more than simply bringing back native plants to a piece of property. It requires thoughtful connection and practice to ensure the land is healthy and can thrive. But, where do we start, and how can we accomplish our stewardship goals?

Come out to the ranch and connect with us!

We will be opening our gates for a ranch tour focusing on regenerative ranching and conservation tactics. After the tour, we will come together for a “lawn chair chat” focused on selected land stewardship "101" topics presented by invited land stewardship experts. We will have time to connect with one another as we enjoy a ranch meal grilled over a live fire, cocktails presented by Desert Door Texas Sotol, and some campfire songs.
